Since 2014, RadioNV has been entertaining live audiences at  bars, cafes and restaurants, at private parties, corporate and charity events, and on theater stages, with our innate ability to turn every performance into a vivacious backyard party.  You can expect a tailored mix of fun, catchy, and unforgettable original songs amidst some of your favorite pop, country, alternative, and R&B covers to help bring you back to life after a long work week.  The tip of the iceberg is our charm and indelible lead vocals and harmonies - the middle of the iceberg is where the congas and guitars usually reside - and the bottom of the iceberg is actually where you come in: uncontrollably tapping your feet and dancing to the aforementioned upper iceberg areas.  And if you think that description sounds good, just wait 'til you hear us live!

RadioNV started in 2014, but it could be argued that performing live music has been the grand master plan since early childhood.

Brian Johnson and Tim Campbell are high school buddies that both come from musical families.  They met in show choir in 2000, and it was there that they began honing their skills to command the stage later in life.

Brian plays guitar and sings, while Tim plays guitar, sings, wails on the kazoo, and uses various percussion instruments.  Their sound is a blend of Alternative Rock, R&B, Country, and Indie Pop - someone once described them as "if Jack Johnson did a rock album".

In most recent years, while touring the Northern VA, DC, and Maryland areas, they fortuitously met the newest member of the team: Michael Bacon, who happens to be a "real percussionist", for those of you wondering.

Who knows what the future holds for this band of party animals - guess you'll just have to visit a performance to find out...
